I love the ease in working with Captive Audience and the ability to change my on hold message at my convenience. I try to update on a quarterly basis to keep it fresh and make sure I have the latest information being provided in the messages. I’ve worked with Kathy for several years and she has always been there to help and discuss my needs and get me through any problems. Captive Audience is part of the Farmers Marketing and the monthly subscription can be on folio deduct. Love the service they provide!!

We do the 4x per year subscription, and we really appreciate how they proactively remind us that it’s time to freshen up our message – then we can either totally overhaul it, or tweak it here or there, or add and remove parts of the message. It’s easy for time to get away from me, but they bug me when it’s time to make the change which is helpful in getting the most out of the service.
Since we are in the phone business, we come across all the various music on hold providers, and in my experience, Captive Audience provides the best service and product, and have the additional benefit of being very reasonably priced.
